It is a simple unloading mechanism that is placed between the frame and the body in use, or the trundle extension. All you have to do is stand from the side of Mobarrow, rest your feet on the included footrest and dump the contents of the body on one or the other side as needed. It is possible to order for a new Mobarrow, or to buy an additional for an already purchased Mobarrow, it will fit the frame.
